Our Artwork for CD, DVD and Blu-Ray Duplication
Printed Inserts Artwork is Digitally printed on Xerox® Docucolor technology using industry leading stock and finished professional machinery.
Direct to face disc printing at high resolution using Digital Ultraviolet inks, these inks are cured instantly so no more wet ink-jet prints that require a UV lacquer, the latest print technology is here, we are the only company in the uk to use this technology. A Capability of 500 discs per hour means we can turnaround your project fast.
Artwork needs to be in high Resolution PDF format with no guidelines or template marks (except for a small cross + to mark the centre). If you cannot provide a high Resolution PDF, We will also accept artwork in high resolution Photoshop or Illustrator files with the fonts converted to outlines or curves. Alternatively save as a jpg in the highest resolution you can (we get a better print result if we can use PDF's or Illustrator Files). Artwork for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs should have at least 2mm of bleed to outer edge and solid artwork in the middle, in other words, please do not have the hole showing in your artwork, our software will crop these areas automatically, if possible please mark the centre of your artwork with a small cross + .
Artwork can either be emailed to us directly firstname.lastname@example.org Alternatively for large files (over 15mb) you can use an ftp email service: www.wetransfer.com , free and easy to use.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 15MB limit per email. If your artwork exceeds this, please use www.wetransfer.com to send files via ftp, simple and free to use
Artwork must be created at a minimum of 300 dpi (not converted to 300 dpi from a lesser resolution)
Artwork text must be at least 2mm from any edge
Artwork text must be no less than 7 point size
Bleed of at least 2mm on all edges of artwork
